Magnificent location an easy walk to city centre.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, nevertheless everything was good. The hotel's location was excellent, short walk to cafes, restaurants, town centre, and local shops and restaurants. It also was clean...close to everything. The breakfast was hearty and great, the check in was early. All the facilities were great.

I had a wonderful stay at Colac Mid City Motor Inn. There was free Wi-Fi available throughout the property, which was a great bonus. the service was consistently pleasant, and the food was excellent. I stayed in a double room that was newly decorated, making it a delightful space to relax. the pool was amazing, and I really enjoyed the hearty breakfasts each morning. the staff were welcoming and exceptionally nice, truly doing a fantastic job. the location is also ideal, as the hotel is conveniently close to shops, restaurants in the CBD, food outlets, and the city center.

The rooms are spacious and recently renovated, equipped with microwaves and a good-sized bathroom, and the staff are friendly.

Everything was excellent, with lovely friendly staff and pleasant views over the garden. I really enjoyed the room; it was good value for money and brand-new with two single beds. the hotel's location was also convenient, surrounded by manicured gardens.

This place has a fantastic and enjoyable location. It's conveniently close to the center, as well as the lake, botanic gardens, library, and aquatic center. 😊.

The room had a decent flat screen TV and Wi-Fi was available. The location was great, close to restaurants and attractions. Despite the average size, the bed was comfortable.

We were woken up several times throughout the night by a group of noisy guests who were staying at the hotel. The bathroom was outdated and could use a serious renovation.

A Cozy and Relaxing Stay at Mid City Motor Inn

We recently stayed at the Mid City Motor Inn in Colac and we had a good experience. The location of the inn was perfect, situated close to the town center and within walking distance to the train station. This made it convenient for us to explore the area and access various amenities.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the slightly outdated decor and the need for some garden maintenance, these did not detract from the overall positive experience we had.

The room had nice complementary cookies and delicious instant coffee. the hotel was conveniently located near a popular fast-food chain.

The room was cold and drafty, with no weather stripping around the door and an open window in the bathroom that caused a draft during shower time. the lack of outside lights made it difficult to navigate the stairwell in the dark.

Secondly, the location was ideal, with local restaurants and shops within walking distance. It made exploring the area a breeze. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, providing excellent service and attention to detail. From the basic amenities to the delicious breakfast, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

the location was close to everything we needed, including restaurants and shops. the room was clean, spacious, and had all necessary amenities. the garden had some nice plants creating a pleasant view. It was great having ample parking. the staff were friendly and helpful, giving us clear instructions for our late check-in.

Although the hotel was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, it was somewhat located at the end of the high street.
